Hiring Manager: Head of Brand and Product Design

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Lead UI/UX Designer - Platform to shape the user experience of our agentic AI and marketing automation platform. This role requires deep expertise in designing intuitive, data-rich interfaces for enterprise software used by global organizations. You will collaborate closely with executives, product leaders, and engineering teams to create visually compelling, highly functional experiences that bring agentic AI insights and marketing automation workflows to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design for our agentic AI and marketing automation platform.
• Develop user-centric designs that simplify complex AI and marketing workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and executives to align design with business goals.
• Translate data visualization and agentic AI-driven insights into interactive and intuitive interfaces.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements.
• Establish and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across products.
• Advocate for design best practices, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Mentor and guide junior designers in UI/UX methodologies and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design for enterprise software, with a focus on AI and analytics platforms.
• Proven track record of designing global software platforms used by diverse industries.
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles and how to present complex Agentic AI-driven insights.
• Experience working closely with executives and engineering teams.
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, or other modern design tools.
• Deep knowledge of interaction design, usability principles, and accessibility best practices.
• Strong portfolio showcasing enterprise-level software design.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present design decisions to stakeholders.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Experience designing for SaaS and cloud-based platforms.
• Understanding of front-end development and how design integrates with engineering.
• Background in AI/ML-driven applications and data science tools.
• Familiarity with Agile product development processes.
