Ricky Ray Butler (RRB) is a 20-year technology, creator-economy, & AI media veteran. In 2009, he founded Plaid Social Labs, an early influencer marketing agency that helped brands integrate into digital content. The company was later acquired by BENlabs, a Bill Gates-owned AI-powered content and marketing company, where Ricky played a key role in advancing AI-driven brand integration.

As CEO of Revmatics, Ricky is once again leading the charge in AI innovation, this time transforming how brands harness data to drive real-world revenue. Revmatics is at the forefront of AI-driven marketing, leveraging advanced machine learning to optimize consumer targeting, messaging, and conversions. With a deep passion for AI and its practical applications, Ricky envisions a future where businesses no longer rely on guesswork but instead tap into the power of predictive intelligence to scale their success.

Before Revmatics, Ricky spent over a decade pushing the boundaries of AI-powered advertising at BENlabs. Under his leadership, BENlabs became the first entertainment company to use deep learning neural networks trained on four decades of proprietary campaign data, providing predictive analytics that drove measurable results for global brands. He has been recognized as an industry leader, earning spots on AdAge’s 40 Under 40 list and Influence Directory’s Top 100 in influencer marketing.

Beyond his work in AI and media, Ricky is an active investor, advisor, and mentor, supporting entrepreneurs and organizations that share his passion for disruption and deep learning. He is also committed to philanthropy, working with charities such as The Lighthouse Ventura County Rescue Mission to give back to his community. Ricky is also the co-founder of The Chosen, the largest crowdfunded media project in history, watched by over 500 million people worldwide. Additionally, he served as an advisor to AI startup Zeff, which was acquired by DataRobot in 2020.

Like any data-driven creative, Ricky spends his free time experimenting with art (though he insists no one should see it), reading about the endless possibilities of data in the modern world, and enjoying life in Utah with his wife, Dascia, and their two children.
